This year we planned out a fall party for the girls and some of their school friends. I had made up sugar cookies for them to "paint" with frosting, caramel apples to eat, games to play, pumpkins to carve, and we were lucky enough to have a nice day!

Ryanns group of friends being crazy at the carving table! This was great because there was very little mess in the house to clean up when the party ended :)
Paige was NOT impressed with how the pumpkin seeds felt! Maybe it was because they were cold, or just too slimy haha
Elena and her friends went down to the creek to play while waiting for Ryanns group to be done carving pumpkins. There they found a couple of fuzzy wuzzy caterpillars, and made them a boat to float the creek in. It was so funny watching them try to figure out the best way to do all of this.

Then came the toilet paper game. Each group was given 6-8 rolls of paper, and given 15 mins to use all of it to wrap their "mummy". The boys were more into just throwing the rolls, but it was great fun to watch. The 5th grade group with "mummy" Madi.
The 5th grade girls and "mummy" Cassidy!
The whole group, before the party ended, with their pumpkins.
Halloween! Ryann the cat, Elena the geeky superhero (her mask and cap had disappeared by the time I got a picture), and PJ the Indian girl.
Counting, sorting, and trading...candy candy candy!
